- A completed application and the following:
- Security Deposit: $250* on 1 bedrooms; $300* on 2 and 3 bedrooms;
$400*
on 4 bedrooms, $450 on 5 bedroom
- Application fee: $50 for each roommate unless
married.
- The security deposit and application fees must be separate MONEY
ORDERS.
OPTIONAL CHARGES THAT MAY APPLY.
- PETS WELCOME. Non-aggressive variety as declared

- No more than two (2) pets per apartment home can
be accepted. A pet fee is required for each pet.
- All pets must be inside only; outside pets are
